Team Clarkie Night Watch 19th Oct
Hey everyone
We’ve had a pretty good night here and Aaron slept well during the night and is still breathing well. We haven’t had the results of the ultrasound as yet but they should be through by the time Tedi & Scott are here later this morning so we hope to have an update on that for you.
However the GOOD news is that his temperature is now down to 38.1 which is a decent drop overnight. We need it to drop some more points to be feeling more confident about having pelvic surgery tomorrow but it’s heading in the right direction and that’s down. Go little bro, GO!!
In true Megan style I do need to focus on things to do with my stomach and so want to send out a couple of belated thank you’s – one to Segren for that divine Crab Dip and the Guacamole…recipes please! We don’t have anything like ‘Crab Dip’in NZ so I’m all about the NZ Crab Dip Movement. Also to the Signorelli family – thank you for the wonderful home-made Italian!! Your generosity is just wonderful.
Oh and thanks to Tedi…..you know why!!!!
Just one more thank you for today and that’s to Dyls. Dyls, you have done something for our family that money can’t buy and I owe you one huge night out in a pub when I get home.
I’ll leave you with one of my favourite pics. This was when I visited Aaron & Tedi in New Hampshire one January. They drove us to this place up north in NH and there was snow… ON THE BEACH. Pretty crazy for a Kiwi.
How cute is that…
That’s it from Night Watch for today. Thanks for visiting – keep coming back for all the regular updates from the team here and from Alex. Your support is so very appreciated.
Megan
