Get Well Clarkie!

Scott sent me an update to share with you all. Just past noon today the doctors performed a tracheotomy to allow the breathing tubes to be removed from Clarkie’s mouth. He’s still on sedatives, but this should make him feel more comfortable. He seems calm, is resting well, and his temperature is still high but a bit better. The plan to perform surgery on Clarkie’s hip and pelvis is still scheduled for Monday.

A reminder, there are no visitors allowed until after Monday, to allow Aaron to recover from yesterdays difficulties and gain as much strength as possible for the upcoming surgery.
